Our Plan of Action
We are sure you are feeling the effects of COVID-19 as much as we are at the Wheeler Auto Center. We, like you, hope that the economic and personal impact of the COVID-19 will not get any worse. Despite our greatest hopes that the situation will improve, we want to let you know the steps we are taking to ensure that our business is open and safe for you and your family should you require our services.
As an ESSENTIAL BUSINESS as defined by the COVID-19 guidelines, we will continue to be OPEN regardless of any order to “Shelter in Place”.
We have added a CONCIERGE SERVICE for both Sales and Service where we will come to you. Contact the Sales or Service Departments for details.
PROMOTING HEALTH AND SAFETY FOR EVERYONE
Our plan of action to keep Wheeler Auto Center clean and safe for our guests and employees:
- We monitor the health status of each one of our employees daily and if any symptoms seem to be present, we actively require the employee to take the day off until such time as their necessary quarantine has expired as per CDC guidelines.
- Hourly attention will be focused on cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas such as door handles, counters, tables, and desks.
- Detailed deep cleaning each morning.
- Our guest waiting areas, showroom, sales desks, credit card machines will be disinfected regularly with anti-bacterial / anti-viral disinfecting solution.
- We have hand sanitizers accessible in every common area such as our guest waiting area, showroom, sales desks, and service counters.
- We will also have attendants sanitizing our restrooms throughout the day.
- We are requiring our employees to wash their hands or use hand sanitizers after every transaction they may have with both vehicles and customers.
We have always taken great pride in the trust that you bestow on us with your vehicle needs. Now we will take great pride in taking this trust to keep you and your family infection free.
Your vehicle may be your most important and most critical possession and we want to ensure that we will always be there for you when you need us to take care of it. We are committed to being open for you should you require a new or used vehicle, warranty, maintenance, repair, or body work or even an oil change.
